It has great set of Managers in Chennai and Mumbai and best set of people to work around and Gives you an better environment to work and depending on process you get incentives and especially they teach you and train you very patiently. Good teammate and has an transparent and Area to work is also so good.

Salary and career growth is very slow. But good part is there is no bond so you can Gaij experience here even if it's for 6 months and join somewhere else with an hike.

...e for betterment. You just act a slave for the manager. Management is poor. 2. Poor Salary increments and promotions. 3. Attitude of the manager towards the employee is pathetic. 4. Internal team discrimination based on designation, race, location and caste.
