When working at small organization (i.e., less than 1000 employees), job role isn't fixed. This sometimes can turn as a benefit, as you tend to learn how the entire system works. But at times this seems a disaster when you've worked with large organization which are very process oriented.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure, which is fine in a competitive market these days. But in return, employees either expect matching salary or job security and both are missing. Other organizations support employees with certification courses. Subex doesn't provide this option. Other organization benefits such as Leaves, health benefits / insurance, claims policies etc are poor. No transport provided.

The only positive thing about subex is it's work time flexibility. You can come anytime work for 7 hours and can leave.

There are not a lot of things to like here. Perhaps some customers are good as they are associated with Subex for long time!

...politics. Nepotism. No skope for people with talent who can make the difference. Top management doesn't care as there is no accountability and they have secured long term contract for very high salary. Board is also equally corrupt and incapable! Company revenue is consistently going down year after year. No new logos of significance added in recent years. With the current board and management team, there is no way the company can revive!
