...nd on instant. No employee has been fired from CTO group. Ridiculous Company . Don't Join Stanza Living in any circumstances to spoil your future even they pay hefty amount . They are playing with the career of people. Shame on Sudipta Bannerji and his so called wynk group which includes Prateek kumar, Arpit Anand, Ashutosh Singh , Rahul Kumar tiwary these are VP and EM of tech. I hope after some day he will get fired from the company with its group. Even they fire one AVP and EM who does not belong to there group. If any of the investor of Stanza living is reading this , pls don't invest in this company . Your money is generally spent on useless CTO and his group . will update more things which is happening currently in company once I get time.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working

Present Head office people are helpful and our Boss Tripurari sir is outstanding he is very much understanding for ground level work

Dislikes

HR department work little more efficiency required. Specialy recruitment and compliance part also salary disbursement.
