Pathetic CTO Pathetic work culture. Politics at higher level. CTO is God, he can do whatever he likes. They can lay off you even you are good performer to please their ego's. You can survive only if you are from CTO recommendation. Discrimination on the basis of nearest people of CTO . CTO brings there people in the company on hefty packages. Hire people unnecessary and ask there people to hire more to nearest one. They fire around 600+ peoples without informing prior and on instant. No employee has been fired from CTO group. Ridiculous Company . Don't Join Stanza Living in any circumstances to spoil your future even they pay hefty amount . They are playing with the career of people. Shame on Sudipta Bannerji and his so called wynk group which includes Prateek kumar, Arpit Anand, Ashutosh Singh , Rahul Kumar tiwary these are VP and EM of tech. I hope after some day he will get fired from the company with its group. Even they fire one AVP and EM who does not belong to there group. If any of the investor of Stanza living is reading this , pls don't invest in this company . Your money is generally spent on useless CTO and his group . will update more things which is happening currently in company once I get time....Read More
