“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working

My Boss was very liberal and he treated us very well,We always received the salary on time and HR team was also very supportive in any issues we had.Even People in High positions like State Head and Zonal Head were friendly with us and were open to suggestions from us despite me being in the junior most position in the particular Office.

Dislikes

One thing I disliked was the lack of work life balance as even though My work hours ended at 7.30pm many a times I couldn't leave till 8.30 as we used to get a bunch of numbers to call at around 7Pm and couldn't go without calling them.

Giving 100% for this company is a big mistake, people who do scam and higher management is ok with it, before your probation completes they will 100% fire you. Ashish ( AVP ) is one guy who onl wants to save his a$$ before he gets fukuk up by CEO, he will dont see about your potential, he wants Numbers EOD and dont give a fkcuk how bad he is at operations. Why do sales team will be doing operations and RC's dont care about property.
