I don't know about other places what the salary package Serco gives to their employee but at my place, it was not satisfactory, I don't think there was a good increment in salary and no good bonus at all.

Dislikes

Serco was my first workplace after that I went to another BPO, that was amazing. I found a healthy environment and good personnel atmosphere as well. Serco needs to improve their standard and facilities, it should provide all the benefits to employees which Serco was not provided at my time.

Likes

There is nothing to like about serco. Complete infrastructure is corrupted by a** licking pests. Team leaders, managers, HR team don't give a damn about working environment. And if you are looking for appraisal or promotion then you have to be someone's pet.

...ment office where you need to go round and round for getting a single task done. And once you left the company forget about your pending salary and pf funds.

Likes

A friendly environment, encouraging team leaders, very polite staff. There huge cafeteria arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There are 15 days of training period but not paid.

The work environment is amazing, located at good location, feels like studying in collage rather than doing work in BPO.

Dislikes

... Transport department are not very corporative they can drop anywhere they want. Salary transferred timely but salary is very low comparing to other good BPO companies.

...r Joining SERCO BPO i have developed my communication skills in Hindi very well. Salary also got Increased within 6 months & I got appreciation letter from Company.i dont know how to thankful to the Company.

Dislike means, the Cafeteria were there is no Sufficient place to have lunch. apart from that the most important Thing is Head phones are less.
