...PLI, even PMS timing is set like that, the moment you give resign your PLI gone. As if you resign even your salary hike in other company is of no use, don't know how employee are digesting this. You have to work 8 days shift, even after 8 days when you get off after night shift, you are sleeping whole day and next day General shift and as sleep cycle not completed you will be sleeping even in upcomming A shifts. Appraisal is also fixed and not too much. Most of the employee give interview and the. Resign & black mail and gets 10% hike. Basically a blackmail culture.

Here work culture is very good. RLDC (Rosa learning & development centre) is very good. Here having work satisfaction and comfort zone in Rosa Township very near to plant. Gym, swimming pool, shopping centre, club, cricket ground, football ground, Lord Shiv temple etc. all are making glorious of this Township. People are fun living at this place because of various types of events organised by club committee like cricket, batminton, Half marathon, singing competition etc. And most excitement occasion 4 days Durga Puja celebration with full enjoy.

Their salary structure as salary to much low for current market price as here take home money is too low in lower level they can't afford luxury life with their family at present market cenerio.

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

1- Township is good. 2- Plant location is good

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

1- Salary of JEC cader is very very poor. 2- 16% of your CTC is get deducted as PLI and return after minimum 18 months later. No one get 100% PLI as mentioned in CTC. Maximum 80-90% is given back to employ.

Pay structure is not standardized as per market. Job role distribution is adequate. Roles and responsibilities is non proportional to the pay structure. Top management employees have extremely high pay but the medium and lower grade employees are under paid.
