16% of salary is blocked in name of PLI, even PMS timing is set like that, the moment you give resign your PLI gone. As if you resign even your salary hike in other company is of no use, don't know how employee are digesting this. You have to work 8 days shift, even after 8 days when you get off after night shift, you are sleeping whole day and next day General shift and as sleep cycle not completed you will be sleeping even in upcomming A shifts.
