Only salary.

Dislikes

Everything Work culture very toxic. Extra hours working but unpaid. Waiting for us client daily basis my timing is 9:30 to 6:30 but we are working 10 pm because us person come around 9pm . And manager very political.

Dislikes

Work life balance, dry promotion and no shift allowance specially at Mumbai location, also pay is not good for Mumbai. They pay same for Kolkata and Mumbai and force people to come to Mumbai.

Good brand on your CV. Good exposure to senior leadership and clients (if you’re in a client facing role).

Dislikes

... a good offer at the time of joining, fine. Appraisals are certainly pea nuts. Bonus is almost negligent.

Seniors treat you badly, poor compensation, poor groundwork on policies, poor work-life balance, made to work on Saturday without comp off or punching in hours for extra work or extra day put into, toxic work environment and many other things which will degrade your confidence and mental health to the lowest. Join only if you are ready to sacrifice everything for a tag or have no other opportunity at hand.
