PwC is very good organization and with rich company culture. Only the company culture and job security is excellent.

Low salary as BIG4, no work satisfaction because they hire for technical but give you some different kind of works which will not help you to develop in IT which doesn't relates to the previous experience in IT Worst portal to learn and doesn't have much scope on learning

...is difficult. If money is your real expectation,then you can earn and grow here. Even if you joined pwc with less salary manager will try seriously to update your salary as per market standards. You can learn so many things here because you will work on different projects of different industries. Also you will send to client locations. These things will give you extra exposure

Don't expect work life balance . Holidays or weekend you have to work.

Salary is good, hike is also good so far, some other benefits auch as keep your band and reducing you work hour if needed are quite good. Lot can be learnt from peers and their are more opportunities to learn here.

Dislikes

Very few Sick or Casual Leave. Overall leave policy should be better. Work pressure is there and working from client location is extremely wierd (not a direct fault of PwC rather client wants you in their office) in 2022 when most work can e done remotely.

Your salary, hikes, promotions, bonuses and other perks like- Diwali gifts, Parties are depended on the partner under whom you are working. After a good performance and profit of overall team, we didn't get anything.
