Zero work life balance and in some cases it’s less than zero. Won’t increase your salary even if you are currently payed below the market average. They won’t increase salary even for genuine reasons.

PWC is very good place to work . Salary structure is good. I was in the PWC SDC Internal Audit department for 1 yr 6 months and the department staff and head are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

HR policy is very bad . There policy of reporting to same level is not justified when they are telling somebody to improve. There some Partners and Directors who promoted to their post are not upto the PWC standard. In IT department there are many staff who have no proper degree to work in Information Technology.

Likes

People emotionally connected, very decent working hr., various benefits for employee comfort other than salary.

Dislikes

People are personal too much at work, promotion based on prey & min. 3-4 years of effort. Adamant to change approach by management, not a good option if someone is hardworking & ambitious to grow in professional life

Likes

PwC gives a lot of exposure to business understanding being it internal or external. Being a consultant, you are expected to understand the value chain of a business quickly so that you can analyse further and provide some value.

Dislikes

The compensation is little on the lower side and being a consultancy firm, the technical roles are not at you would see in product companies.
