You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills. The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction. Good pay for Freshers as of now 4LPA and best company for high level managers as may use to work here for 15+ -20+ years. Leaves are great as Annual leave -30, Sick-12, Comp off 8 per year. In my department the work culture is equal to IT, one the Well reputed company in banking

Dislikes

Many will work for 15+ years and become Rulers and Decide with their preferences for Promotions and Hike. This will kills the growth of an employee, some of the departments will ask you to work from that work time which is usual in banking sector.

Culture in Risk team is great. Good work life balance, management looks to ensure job security to employees and take care to organise knowledge sessions centrally.

...tly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.
