Great place to work, where your hard work is appreciated and recognized. RBS also pay attention on employees upskilling and reskilling allowing employee to learn new concept. Learning and Development Team of RBS groom all employees with leadership skill and enabling them to determined to lead along with manager support.

...tly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

Overall, this workplace struggles to provide a supportive or rewarding environment, leaving employees feeling unappreciated, demotivated, and stagnant in their careers.

Hike and Appraisal is not very attractive. The organization demands you to be more competitive and challanging but salary Or appraisal won't be competitive, it's usual as per market or below market norms.
