I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. Just look for which department you're going to work for. Otherwise, the company is literally awesome.

Over time, this persistent undervaluation can erode your motivation and hinder your professional growth. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills. The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm.
