- I have worked in this company as development engineer for 10 months, I got disappointed wotk culture is not good - Team is so much blaming game in small issue - Product owner has no knowledge about product no KT, - Please please read all reviews for this company for gound reality. - Unlike wat they claim there is a scarcity of clients and the notice period is strictly based on their convenience,so no job security, once the current client's your job is done.

- Company culture - No support from Senior Management - Company Ethics - No professionalism - HR and tools will not respond you - Work-life balance and overtimes

...ked with Marlabs with around 2.5 years. It was a nice experience for everything. Salary was on time, Leaves updates or any kind of communication. It was done proper and with time. Thanks again for the whole team

Working from 3 years for their client Merck. While joining they will pay you good package compare to other big big companies. Managers are friendly in marlabs. If you work good in client place then no problem in anything. Marlabs will give you 100 percent variable pay if you score 2 out of 4 rating. Never worked in marlabs office. So no idea related to their work environment.

Dislikes

They say it's level 5 mnc but they don't do anything which shows it's a lvl5 mnc. No gifts in your bday, anniversary, Diwali, Dussehra. If they give you good ctc, they add gratuity, accidental and medical insurance in your ctc which is really bad. No team outing. Hike is very very low. New Hr suhas menon doesn't respond to employee's mail and calls. Previous hrs are good. How much you work hard, you will never get any single award from marlabs and no good ratings.

...any segment mainly do body-shop - i.e employee recruited and deployed to client. Salary paid on time. You are fine until you are with client i.e billable. Holidays, leaves, work hours all as per client.

Dislikes

...re and behaviors all around, small cafeteria, small wash room, small Ctc. PLI i.e performance linked incentive - it will be part of Ctc, but not credited on current year, Lta is part of salary. 6 month probation, 1 month notice in probationary time. Famous for 2 or 1 rating in appraisal, there are old employees for them 3 /4 reserved. No appraisal for emp. in probation/ PIP
