Working from 3 years for their client Merck. While joining they will pay you good package compare to other big big companies. Managers are friendly in marlabs. If you work good in client place then no problem in anything. Marlabs will give you 100 percent variable pay if you score 2 out of 4 rating. Never worked in marlabs office. So no idea related to their work environment.

Dislikes

They say it's level 5 mnc but they don't do anything which shows it's a lvl5 mnc. No gifts in your bday, anniversary, Diwali, Dussehra. If they give you good ctc, they add gratuity, accidental and medical insurance in your ctc which is really bad. No team outing. Hike is very very low.
