Great work culture and environment and team is very supportive and educated in their work stream , although there is no cafeteria available and apprisals should be taken care off till now it’s on lower side and day to day expenses are increasing.

...work,On job training,with an in house coach working on every individuals growth.Excellent salary packages on par with other organization Job security is well defined in the company policies,His/Her job is assured if one follows the do's and dont's of the organization. Management is very transparent following the norms of the policies set by the organization. Stores are also maintained with very good safety standards in case on any emergency such as fire or health.

During this pandemic , company didn’t take any decision for staff reduction or salary deduction but of course all r performance based. Now in store we r working in 2 groups so that if any one effected than other group can run the trading.
