While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.

...ntly. No growth prospect. People are stuck in the same position for many years. Not a good pay master.

Its a great company for a short stint. You can get your CTC upgraded and move on. My suggestion to aspiring candidates do not settle for lesser than 50% of current ctc.

Huge pay disparity people with lower salary bracket cannot dream of getting higher package The LTeam is based out of Delhi so the culture is to demean ppl from other region Suggestion : aspiring candidates must negotiate their salary with a minimum hike of 50% its a standard in Delhi so other regions should follow suite

Friendly and flay hierarchy culture Salary depends upon your college and background which can be negotiated good working environment stable work life balance

Dislikes

Standard yearly appraisals, employees in the HQ are preferred for more growth opportunities. Branch offices need to embrace the HQ work culture to maintain good working environment

I am an individual contributor and I am allowed to make every decisions and decide any strategies to bring in new business. The kind of freedom I get to explore and try new things are something that I like about MMT a lot. No pressure.

Dislikes

The parity between different regions and the compensation is only based on the B- schools they are from.
