There is very less personal time for us and we are expected to recieve calls even on personal times, weekends, national holidays, week offs etc and questioned if not recieved on a weekend or a holiday. There is a sense of insecurity for jobs as for every delayed or pending task we are being told if we wish to still stay in the organization. I have worked in core sales jobs but over here there is unnecessary amount of pressure with no actual reward for it. The work environment feels toxic for someone who is still new to the organization. Bad for those who joined as IC Role. Your more than 8 hours (personal life) will be affected. Not much hike in appraisal more than 15%(If you are best). Have good opportunity for earning much more amount but client is doing bad politics about good chat mapping.

Client are doing badd politics he is not giving good chats to all agents in off season he is giving only Goa that so hard to convert in sale and he will do terminate for this . And also not motivating agents. Always demotivate Agents after telling him leave the jobs bahar fek dunga . Even i gve my resignation but he terminate me for no reason.

The franchise owner near opp to Inorbit mall Mumbai whose owners name is Ms.Shruti Khanna is the worst to work with .She hires when she needs and then when her purpose is solved during high season she starts torturing and humiliating so that the employee itself leaves the company.She has been doing this for years and even doesn't pay for the incentives nor does she pays the salary if the employee has to leave because of some geniune reason.Her right hand Afroz too manipulates the employees who work there and is a bad fit for any company as he doesn't speak well of the owner and misguides the new employees .So the minute any person joins in this franchise is filled with all negativity and is often scared of his/her job....Read More

Nothing now, no job security. No good work, threatening employee that they will terminate their role which they get hired for.

They had good culture but now a days they are putting restrictions on everything like wfh, no entry in cafeteria so on. Group ceo and chairman should see what is happening. I joined here because of good feedback of CEO and chairman sir and for people policy they had. If they keep doing this, they will be the next Paytm in the market

Only if you're in your manager's good books you'll survive unless if they'll make your life he'll. Also no increment policy. Coz you're not your manager's favorite

Regressive HR policies like shutting down Cafeterias between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM every day in the name of boosting productivity. 8.
