1. L&T as parent company ensures very good industry relevance and helps win bids/new jobs, especially in I4.0 domain 2. Lot of opportunity for new skill development, good focus on AI 3. Complete freedom on work related fronts 4. Culture is quite open and HR takes many initiatives to make the org more collaborative work space. 5. I feel job is relatively secured wrt MNC companies

Dislikes

1. More salary rationalization can improve employee morale. 2. LTIMindtree can start Mentor -Mentee kind of culture, which helps an employee to get a buddy till the time he is in the company 3. Career planning process can be improved and more avenues for promotions can be created 4. Org processes can be improved to make internal business processes smooth.

Likes

Worst Service based company. They treat employee as slave. And take advantage of bench employee to ask to relocate in other city without any salary hike.

please do not join this org. Toxic work culture. No job security. No compensation to work on national holidays or sundays.

You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.

I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.

Nothing to like. Fake promises and nothing concrete. Every year there is constant chopping and changing of org structure.
