Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, work culture. This is one of the reasons to find many employees with long tenure at LTIM.

Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

LTIM provides competitive salary. It’s a good company to work with as people are good. Option to work in hybrid model. Not much work pressure (depends on project) Awesome work life balance.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is no benefit as such. Zero recognition with higher management. Career growth is very slow. Increments are 0 to 5% annually depending in ratings. However on promotions one can expect 8%-10% which feels very less. No team bonding activities.

Company is not employee friendly, despite earning huge profit in corona it stopped salary hike for 2 years.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .
