I like the way LTI provides Self learning platforms to everyone and internal job posting to switch technologies if possible. Apart from these, work culture is good except the time maintainance for the sake of attendance. Good for career growth and learning but not for salary growth/ compensation.

Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
