-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

Everything like 1. Projects and pathetic work in it 2. Toxic, incompetent, unaware, workaholic, boot leaking Managers 3. Most pathetic work force management team 4. No actual Project work based on employee's skillet 5. One sided policies 6. Buggy internal portal 7. No appraisal,hike, promotion, No rewards and recognition of your talent 8. Employees are like Orphans here, nobody cares about them 9. No Employee engagement or team level activities, No Family day or Annual day celebrations 10. Poor work life balance

Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Dislikes

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

Likes

1. Salary on time 2. Hybrid 3. Minimum six hours to be in office and remaining three hours we could regularize. 4. Separate team to schedule internal interview for project allocation called Work force management. 5. Learning sites like Shoshin school were useful for individual development.

Dislikes

1. Onboarding kit / Joining bonus were kept on hold from the month i joined. 2. Yet to receive headphones, hopefully will receive in future.
