Appraisals and Job Security. The Higher manager does tries best for allocate the Projects but sometimes it's not in their hand also if there are no projects. The employee is given 60 days Bench time to find the projects post that if the project is not allocated the employee is asked to resign.

HR don't respond once we r into the organisation Salary and benefits too bad Hikes around 5% very negligible and that too we receive every September. Abroad like canada opportunity only applies after 2 year completion which is too delayed Abroad opportunity only discussed to shut your mouth n get retained during leaving organisation

Very Pleasant culture, job security is best factor to be considered. Policies are pretty good. Lot to learn and no politics at all.

Compensation and Benifits aren't good. Work load is too much, not good work life balance.

If you join as fresher then you get good salary hikes and recognition everything. If you join as lateral then they wont pay you as per industry standards. You can learn new things and technologies.

... have a great team to work with, all are very supportive at any point of time. What makes a little disappointment are some of the company policies and salary hikes. Working hours are really what u have to compromise with, but yes it makes a great experience when u are around good leads and managers, alot of learning and fun environment. Mindtree is a great company to start career with.but yeah as career demands growth be ready to adopt changes.

Growth is little slow, have to work 12- 14 hours a day. Anytime the calls can be scheduled, some of the projects rarely follow the timelines. Always there is a pressure of completing things before the timelines. multiple tasks at a time. Less resources and more work. I do receive appreciation from client and managers, but it goes unnoticed during the time of hikes and appraisals. At last changing projects and to ur area of interest is but difficult, U have to stay in ur domain and work proficiently. Training only at the time when it is needed for project purpose immediately.
