...nity. You might not even get to know that there were some onshore opportunities. Canteen food is not that good and you pay for all food . Most of the work needs onshore time assistance, but poorly compensated for working in shifts .

Flexible timings and we can work any 2 days a week. If the project is good and the manager is supportive then there will be no stress.

...as changed to be in sync with Mindtree. Where we have to wait atleast 3+months. Hikes was very less, and it can't be considered as hike as variable pay is also merged in to the basic pay. Micro management is some of the projects.
