... but with in our it should get cleared their expectations without other support. payment team is really worst all the invoices will not be paid on time no extra allowance will be provided based on the work done by extending the duration extending for some specific time is good but here all the day extend till mid night to clear the things is not possible they won't accept that

...ey even reduce gratuity component in increment letters flouting law of the land. Also, there is no rule followed for variable pay, ex-LTI is mostly paid 100% variable and ex-mindtree is paid 50%. they claim low variable pay for Mindtree staff. End of the day CTC is CTC and discrimination is injustice practiced by mgmt. Also, ex-mindtree is given average rating by default and higher rating are reserved for ex-LTI but in few cases there are aberration where ex-MT takes decision. Both strategies are not right.

Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, work culture. This is one of the reasons to find many employees with long tenure at LTIM.

Dislikes

Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.
