... but with in our it should get cleared their expectations without other support. payment team is really worst all the invoices will not be paid on time no extra allowance will be provided based on the work done by extending the duration extending for some specific time is good but here all the day extend till mid night to clear the things is not possible they won't accept that

Nothing no hike no leaves if public holidays are there then also they will force u to do Ot which you don't want but u have to do

All dislike are mentioned that no salary hike they will force u to do ot no money for ot will do work for more than Hours but still u will have to mention 9 hours of worked done no salary hike and one thing no support from anyone

...ey even reduce gratuity component in increment letters flouting law of the land. Also, there is no rule followed for variable pay, ex-LTI is mostly paid 100% variable and ex-mindtree is paid 50%. they claim low variable pay for Mindtree staff. End of the day CTC is CTC and discrimination is injustice practiced by mgmt. Also, ex-mindtree is given average rating by default and higher rating are reserved for ex-LTI but in few cases there are aberration where ex-MT takes decision. Both strategies are not right.
