... LTI is one of the terrible decisions especially for the employees of Mindtree . The pay scale,hike, promotions everything vanished . If you are expecting anything financially..better try out other options

After hiring a freshman they won't give give you project instead they ask to show experience to get into a project in which you are specialised this is worst experience I have gone through. After lti company merger with mindtree all the policies and work cultulre written as per their convenience and also they are being change policies for every 3 months.

Very good culture.There is a plenty of opportunity to learn through their portal.Management is good

Salary is too less compared to peers.Their hikes are too less.They will not try to retain their employees.

Lower pay than service industry standard for existing employees and they don't bother to match. Less shift allowance per day compared to other companies.

Almost everything. Even pay difference is there in the same role. Bench policy is among the worst. Heard that they have updated it to max 60 days and then would be forcing resignation. No projects are available as such
