Variable pay is not paid fully even when the company is making profit and even when I am working for a billable project. During recruitment, they describe variable pay based on company's profit and working in a billable project which is a lye.

It's proper service based company. Wfh is good, domiciliary claim is good. Managers are supporting.

Salary, benifits, project allocation, sick leave policy. If not tagged to project, you will loose your variable pay

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
