...ht practice. It depends on your manager and your relationship with that person. The salary is credited on the 28th of every month. Opportunities to move across verticals and horizontals with less difficulty.

No clear HR policies on career progressions. It is up to the wish of the senior management as to when to award promotions. There are folks who receive promotions every year and there are folks who get it once in 5 years. Their SSC portal which is related to the finances is pathetic.

Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts.
