Minimal job security and variable pay has 30% linked to company performance which will be always zero irrespective of the company performance and no information to the employees about company goals and action plan to reach them and retrospection on plan. Will get call from hr only if you are on bench or end of current contract. Manger will be changed so frequently for no reason but they are able to provide ratings without any knowledge on the project. No appraisal discussion with employees.

Work pressure, layoff,keep in bench for long time for approximately 1 year and no salary increment & promotion if you are in bench and from last 2 year if you got increment percentage is 4%.

Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.
