People who do not have any experience in international markets are leading departments and don't even have a career development plan for people they hire. Doesn't feel like a Saas organization but more like a call center

Implementation of new methods and immediate changing within few days if it is not giving results, Frequent meetings. Other than the best people and best leadership

Colleagues are very friendly and product is very good.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here and after some time learning opportunities become limited. There are more opportunities for Telugu speaking people.
