Some of the compensation and benefits are good

Dislikes

There are terrible groups of tightly coupled, idiotic C2 to D1/D2 band. This is group who are glued to company since ages. No matter who is at helm (CEO), and Jr. resources. This group is responsible for execution of work, implementing Sr. Management Vision. They will not allow any outsider to join this groups, they will take all the credit for good work happening around, and will no hesitate a moment to pass the blame to others. They are always in search of scapegoats. Particularly i saw this more in manufacturing, (auto domain). If any one Sr. enough in Wipro is reading this and want to change. You have to first start your cleanup here.

...otational policy. I served Wipro for 15 years to get onsite but can't got it. 4. Old and seniors are ignored as my last package was 13.84 L but good for new joining as they offer much for higher package to them. 4. Intresting fact Strict COBC policy but this is only for resources like me. This is not applicable for Wipro itself.
