They won't give any work becoz they don't have one. At the end of the year they will put you last rating and throw you out. Worst politics is going on. Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Dislikes

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .
