HPS Healthcare division is one of the terrible account headed by group of junk leaders. They don't respect employee aspirations.once you join this account that's it. They won't give any work becoz they don't have one. At the end of the year they will put you last rating and throw you out. Worst politics is going on. Don't join the healthcare division particularly...

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.
