If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values

On time salary and got leaves whenever I applied and requested.

Dislikes

Looks alike mini pakistan because lot of muslims are there in the organisation and they' hate israel hahah. The operation manager and are from same organisation and promoted.So, they know only what Intouchcx rules are they don't know anything other than than that company don't implement anything new in the organisation. There is nothing to learn

Always expect us to work harder and harder tirelessly like robot, usually demands us to keep working for hours out of office hours in the name of forces OT (over time) sometimes forgot to pay that as well and we have to keep reminding them the time and all when we have worked more than our login hours and they still behave like didn't heard, also strict attitude towards your own pending leaves which you cannot take even on serious times or your health is in serious condition that's very bad thing

Dislikes

They don't change shifts for arround 6 months. My health is doing good working here. While joining they said every 3 months shift will get changed but they don't do. They make you feel like your in need of job do it. Feels like educated slave here. Job security is total on downside every month they remove people mentioning PIP. They hire people and once their need is fulfilled they remove employees. HR team is always in support of Management they don't care of employees health and wellness. If you want to have stress free secure job then this company is not recommended.
