On time salary gets credited except that no proper incentive plans no salary growth.

They don't change shifts for arround 6 months. My health is doing good working here. While joining they said every 3 months shift will get changed but they don't do. They make you feel like your in need of job do it. Feels like educated slave here. Job security is total on downside every month they remove people mentioning PIP. They hire people and once their need is fulfilled they remove employees. HR team is always in support of Management they don't care of employees health and wellness. If you want to have stress free secure job then this company is not recommended.

...st bashing this company by saying the worst facts about the company in reviews so never ever join this company if your a fresher and if you want to directly get a good salary package just make a fake certificate and go and there you will get a good hike ,the background verification of this company is worst they won't do anything,just for 6 months work here tolerate them and then take experience from here and go to a good company so i would suggest people to not fall for this company don't ever go there and waste ur time if your a fresher than as i told above it would be good for you as by doing the above thing you can get the good package I never did such things as i have seen how bad the company is nothing is good about this company, everything is just worst, and this is why the raiting are so low most rating are just bad and the good rating are mostly from manager or what do ever don't do don't fall for this scam company save your self have a great journey else. Trust me you will thank me later!

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

The only thigh I like is there salary if you are experienced then will provide an decent salary package.

As I want to say that the dislikes are firstly salary when i joined in the company i have a role for the esupport role and my roles and responsibilities are helping with the technical support. but when coming to the company people are forcing to do sales. Why we have to do sales we are from the technical support we have to help with technical questions to the people. And i want to say that the salaries are different for sales department as well as technical support we all know that. But as we are doing both technical and sales why can't we expect more salary on the role.
