Work time. Had to work every Saturday and Sunday. If you pay less, which team member will pay attention or interest to give extra time and do take additional responsibilities.

It was a excellent platform to career growth ,salary with apprisal , excelent work environment also like employee hire police's and the management team friendly with employee,getting appreciation from manager and supervisori and Good trainer HRS ,other staff members ,security and colleagues.

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values
