Salary wise is very very bad in Infosys, we are working since 2016, but we are not getting good salary and performance bonus as well but some of the external hirings employees will get good salary compared to old employees Eg. JL3 external hires, they are getting good salary compared to JL4

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
