Culture, growth opportunities and compensation have declined from great to good in last 2-3 years. The focus is only on share price, no longer a people focused company

Dislikes

No job security. They put you on Redeployment even when there are no internal openings. Lost my Job with Accenture due to same reason. No work life balance, leadership management will suck your blood. No timely promotions No good bonus variable payout No good percentage appraisals

- Flexibility to work from home/office - Has all the required technical arsenals to compete with the best of its competitors - Provides competitive compensation packages that align with market standards for Accenture Operations. Don't have idea about technology and consulting businesses

Dislikes

- The company places limited emphasis on employee development, leaving much of the responsibility for skill-building to individual employees. While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

...y 2.5 yrs of experience very minimal new learning I could learnt from my senior. No salary hike in 2.5 yrs

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
