During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it

My salary is not increased yet, i have completed 2 years at Infosys. No increment, no appraisal.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

...are floor time restriction, feeling like you are in school. You can take only 1.5 hrs break in total 9hrs if you break this rule you will see your 5k are missing from your salary slip

The appraisal cycles are too long, Sept to October, then they release the hikes from next year April month that too get credited in June salary. The most sad part of salary is performance bonus which they cut from salary in each month and it will be credited one month after the end of quarter, that too 60-80% which depends on your rating. You will see the package on paper but will not get exact amount in hand monthly.
