...ure is very good, but in some projects it happens that we have to work overtime. But they do not pay overtime for that. This is in some projects. In other projects, we get paid and apart from this, the work life balance is very good. And they are a little behind in giving timely increments. After the employee joins, he should be given the increment on time, so when he does not give the speech, this is a drawback.

1.Not giving timely increament 2. Not paying extra eorking hours amount

No appreciation, No salary hike. Only 2-3 % hike. Nobody cares they are just exploits employees. Very bad company. They only invest in infrastructures of their buildings instead of paying employees salary.

Manager are there just try to retain you, by giving you hope. One day we will so for you one day we will do that. But very bad company of my entire life. They exploits employees every month every day and every year.

Management is worst. If they are not able to utilise day time of 9 hrs, then what kind of management and culture they are doing. Not sure. There is always urgency of tasks, they don't even bother about your health. They want to be available on weekends, holidays, leaves. Like 24x7 support they need. Worst company ever had.

...ch a time where you get tomatoes for 200 and living expenses are more than that. They should increase the minimum salary and decrease the probabation period but since. They getting cheap labours they will never do the same. Never join Infosys if you ever get the chance to join it.

Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid
