Avoid 100% joining in Microsoft Practice- Pathetic lazy culture, Govt. job mindset people in delivery and sales. leaders are arrogant, have boot-licking culture and No good role to actually work, just donnkkey work. S. Bery, Rahul Kuumar, HR are Fullz, disgusting, deal losers and a joke for hiring in presales, incompetent and labor workers are favored here, No worth for good experience people. More than 50% attrition.

The Knowledge Management Platforms are an asset, that most of the managers don't really promote, to gain knowledge from. Coperative Co-employees, and good for beginners.

Dislikes

...s in the team-leading to 90% of the team leaving the organisation or the team. - Compensation & Work life balance, in a Horizontal team within the company, aren't really digestible.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.
