Everything, everything u can hate . Be it the manager, be the salary the project . Only thing is they won't throw you out that easily ,you may get 2 months more time than any other companies, but they will also throw you out

Job is secured Basic salary is higher, so better pf benefits Lot of scope to move internally

Dislikes

Time wasted in team meetings Less productivity No ownership Poor decision making on clients requirements No hike At job level 5, majority of roles are PMO work Culture of dumping work on others is promoted, so team leads get alienated from their own team

Likes

There's nothing to like here. The managers want the employees to work in client time zone based shift from office with a crappy internet connection, no transport facility and constricted office open timings to be 9 to 6.

Dislikes

No hike No career goal orientated project assignment You get to be treated as machines You are expected to have no life after work You are expected to use your hotspots while working from office You are expected to work from office from 6 to 3 with your commute and stand outside of office till 9am

...formance of the unit. 3) Less learning opportunities for a Chartered Accountant 4) Manager did not had a discussion on Appraisal and No hike is given.

Likes

Every employee looks for Learning Opportunities, Work Life Balance, Job security.. All these were satisfying and excellent in Infosys Other than that, almost all things needed for life is available within the campus

Dislikes

Compensation is quite less when compared to market and new hires
