As my 1st Company, it was a good experience learning technologies and working with big clients. Their training problem is good even non-IT like me will get a good amount of knowledge of coding.

Pay is slightly lower according to current market value and other competitors. Recognition is based on your relationship with the manager to get good ratings so that you'll get a good hike.

The Campus are really good. The cleaning and hygiene is good. Programms arranged for betterment of employee are good. The employees are generally good

Salary for the freshers is very very low . Approvals for software is very very tiring. Neglecting system's engineer and senior systems Engineer

Toxic culture and office politics is high 4.No pay for overtime, holidays works just one extra leave which will expire in 90 days. 5.Manager's and HR are not supportive even no body care about your career and health. They keep pushing you to do extra and even allot there work as well. 6. Specially freshers stay away. you will stuck in here

There is nothing nice about infosys i will never recommend it to my colleague. No incentive no salary hikes and work is soo much that you won't be able to live freely. W0rst for freshers it gives random projects to freshers some will get support project some will get development.
