Depending on my qualifications my salary was very less. Incentives given also were less. Depending on the work load, salary was very less. HR department is not efficient. After my resignation, since I was my in hometown, I had to constantly email them to update some of my most important details for my Provident Fund Claim on the EPF Portal and till now it’s been more than 60 days of my resignation and till now I am not able to claim my PF. Also I had to keep requesting them for my F & F amount and Relieving Letter on emails constantly. During my work period, as a new joinee it was ONLY me who had not been given INTERNET DONGLE whereas all the new joinees staying near to NCR were all given. It was only me who did not receive the INTERNET DONGLE as a result of which I had to use my own INTERNET which they did not even reimburse during my F & F settlement. The entire time I was working there I had to use my own home internet which I paid from my own pocket for their work. My overall Experience with the company was not satisfactory.

Management is good, salary is on time and job security is quite good

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4

For sales it has ample of leads so we don't have to generate which makes a process little easier.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance but it's obvious it won't be there in B2C Sales in most of the company. Although salary is one of the aspect which can be looked into

Working with info edge for over 5 years has been quiet an amazing experience. One of the standout aspect of this journey has been the job security provided by the company. Company has employee centric HR policies. I must its a great to work and start you career.

It's worth noting that there could be improvement in terms of appreciation and salary.
