This company is the best place to work for in term of working culture specially its a very secured place for Girls Along with they provide you the complete job security

The only problem with InfoEdge is they don’t provide salary according the kind of work they take. In a simple sense if you are into sales then believe me the kind of target they provide would be more then the position on which you are hired along with that there is no transparency while giving targets and hence achieving salary becomes difficult.

Work life balance is very poor. Management need to work on the words given during hiring process so that employee can make up the mind accordingly to manage the things

Policies of company are good. Timely appraisals and bonus given.

Dislikes

People try to pull down hard working employees hence it become very important to butter up manages for apaisals n promotion. HR department is not at all helpful. In Operation department every thing is in hands of manages. People remain insane position for 15 to 20 years without any skill upgradation.

Environment is very good here i must say this.Due to this we can work here comfortably.

Salary is not as much if we compare it with other brands.Morever there is nothing to learn.No option to go abroad while working in this company. I wish that it could be MNC one.😁

There is no job security...lots of interview rounds... once you clear all your interview rounds then also your job will be in risk even at the time of training period.
