Policies of company are good. Timely appraisals and bonus given.

Dislikes

People try to pull down hard working employees hence it become very important to butter up manages for apaisals n promotion. HR department is not at all helpful. In Operation department every thing is in hands of manages. People remain insane position for 15 to 20 years without any skill upgradation.

Monopoly of seniors who are working from 10-15 years in the same process. They will break you at a point where you will feel that you are not adding value and torture will be unbearable. No seniors support in learning and development. If you work hard you will not be appreciated this will make you get load of more works... unless you know how to do buttering you will be in peace.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. There is insane pressure created each day.. The amount of stress is immeasurable. Its better to stay without a job than to work here and lose the mental sanity. Anyone else feel like they're constantly fighting to stay awake?

I swear, I'm battling a constant wave of sleepiness at my desk. It's like my brain is on permanent vacation mode. I've tried everything like power naps, listening music, even chugging gallons of coffee. I get enough sleep, eat decent, exercise, and even try to stretch and walk around.
