Anyone else feel like they're constantly fighting to stay awake?
I swear, I'm battling a constant wave of sleepiness at my desk. It's like my brain is on permanent vacation mode. I've tried everything like power naps, listening music, even chugging gallons of coffee. I get enough sleep, eat decent, exercise, and even try to stretch and walk around. But the minute I sit down, my eyelids start doing that slow-motion thing.
Is it just me, or is this job seriously taking the life out of me? Maybe I need a new career as a professional napper.

OMG, same here! Kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki meri body aur chair ke beech dosti ho gayi hai.....jaise hi baithti hoon, sleepy ho jaati hoonš¤£š¤£

Power naps toh life-saver hain, but 10-min naps kaise karte ho? Mujhe toh nap leke uthna sabse bada struggle lagta hai.

Power nap ke baad bhi neend aa rahi hai matlab your sleep schedule is completely recked, reduce your coffee intake atleast. You need a new career honestly.
