Getting past work drama
OK so I’ve recently been in this situation where I basically told the people at my job that try to put me in Work drama that I’m not here for the preschool stuff because I feel like the only way they gain satisfaction from their job is talking about other people. I’ve basically just separated myself from the social culture of that part of the job because it is really catty. But often times I come in & I just hear a little whispers about me. I don’t care about other people’s opinions. But what is the main motivation for you guys when you encounter a situation like this?
